By accessing or using Super Cool Kids Adventure (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Super Cool Kids Adventure is an AI-powered personalized children's storybook service. We use information you provide — including photos of your child and details about their interests — to generate unique, illustrated stories featuring your child as the hero.
The Service includes a digital storybook delivered as a downloadable PDF and optional print-on-demand physical copies.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are an adult and that, for any child whose information you provide, you are the child's parent/legal guardian or you have permission from the child's parent/legal guardian to provide it.
You may voluntarily upload photos of a child to help our AI generate personalized illustrations. Before any photo can be uploaded or any personalized book generated, you must affirmatively confirm — via an explicit checkbox — that you are the child's parent/legal guardian, or an adult authorized by the parent/legal guardian, and that all required permission has been obtained. We record that consent — its exact wording, a version identifier, and a timestamp — and we will not run photo upload, likeness training, story generation, or illustration generation without it. Consent must always come from an adult; we never rely on a child providing consent themselves. By giving consent and uploading photos, you represent and warrant that:
AI processing. To create your book, the information and photos you provide are processed by our AI vendors (such as OpenAI and/or Fal.ai) for the sole purpose of generating your story and illustrations. Photos are used exclusively for illustration generation and are never shared with third parties for their own purposes, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models beyond your specific order.
Retention. We do not keep a photo library. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted from our servers once your book is delivered, and you can delete your photos, your book data, or your entire account at any time from your Account page. See our Privacy Policy for the full lifecycle.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We do not offer recurring subscriptions; each book is a one-time purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your book, contact us at support@supercoolkidsadventures.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work to make it right, including offering a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For print-on-demand physical copies, refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered. Please contact us with photos of any issue within 7 days of delivery.
The stories, illustrations, and PDF books we generate for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print them, share them privately with family, and enjoy them as you wish.
You may not resell, redistribute publicly, or use generated content for commercial purposes without our written permission. The underlying AI models, software, brand, and platform remain the intellectual property of Super Cool Kids Adventure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the output will meet your specific expectations.
AI-generated content is inherently variable. While we work hard to ensure quality, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee that illustrations will perfectly match your child's likeness in every case.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Cool Kids Adventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
